The Marlboro County Museum complex is dedicated to the preservation and celebration of local history. We have five facilities which are free and open to the public: the Historical Museum, the Jennings-Brown House, the Bennettsville Female Academy, the Medical Museum, and the Marlboro County Printing Museum. We are located on South Marlboro Street just steps from the Marian Wright Edelman Public Library, where the county's genealogy records are kept, and Bennettsville's quaint downtown business district.
